Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch. For me this was around 400 calories each day. Select Change Move Goal.

While your Watch tries to get you up and moving throughout the day you still want to check your progress. Open Fitness App on Apple Watch. You can also move the Digital Crown up and down too.

How to view your activity progress from the Apple Watch. Pause running workouts automatically. Swipe up then tap Change Goals.

Switch to a standing desk. Just go to the Activity app on your Apple Watch and force-tap on the rings.
